What role do you play in your own life?
Think about this. What is your role to and for yourself?
That role you play is the same role you play in, to, and for the world.
Do you speak to yourself with love and kindness? Do you think about yourself with love and kindness? Do you allow yourself to know and experience your deepest thoughts, your deepest emotions, your deepest feelings? Do you allow yourself to inquire what they are about — maybe where they came from, and how they serve you?
Do you peacefully and calmly or encouragingly give yourself time to breathe, to heal, to grieve, to be happy, to be joyful, to be excited, or to just be?
What does the best you look like, feel like, look like, think like? Create that person. Attract the audience you want to attract — the audience that applauds you, encourages you, wants an encore, and can’t wait to see what you create or engage in next.
And most of all when you look in the mirror, how long can you hold your gaze? Do feel good about the person looking back at you? Do you love that person with your whole heart, mind, and soul?
Need help with this? I’m here and ready.
